Schedule & booking

Classes are pay as you go, £8 per class.

I ask any first-time participants to fill in a simple form to ensure that they have no underlying injuries that need consideration. Click here to download the form.

Please bring a mat with you to class. I usually have a couple of spare mats.

Wear clothing that allows you to move without restriction. Pilates is done in bare feet or socks.
